A small leak ended up being a sizeable problem. The wife, and I came home to water spilling out from underneath our front door. Very shallow water but it had covered the bottom floor of the home about 1/8 of inch. I immediately shut the water off at the main valve. Did a little research on water damage restoration company's and decided to call Mr.Water Damage Restoration LA. They where very helpful over the phone. And had a crew their the next day for inspection. Who explained in detail what the process would be. The clean up was done next as they brought in pumps, and dehumidifiers to make sure everything was dry. Turns out very little damage was done to the home. As they inspected where the leak started from also. It's our first home and we plan on keeping it for a while. Lesson learned never wait to fix something minor that could turn major.
